Yeah, I was wondering about the Posse Comitatus thing. But maybe it's the National Guard.
The DoD is setting the thing up. The Governor would be involved if it was the CNG. Then again, this show was written by a child.
Can't the president call up the National Guard? Desegratation of a university? Iraq?
